The intelligent mirror centralized management platform (hereinafter referred to as the management system) is mainly used for remote debugging and maintenance management of spectral imaging products. The real-time video stream and data curve of spectral imaging products can be displayed and stored on the same screen by multiple groups of equipment, meeting the needs of debugging and analysis. It is a necessary tool software for instrument engineers to debug and maintain. The management system can effectively reduce personnel patrol, and provide a strong guarantee for the safe production of enterprises.




2. System composition and principle

The management system consists of spectral imaging products, network transmission part and general control part.




Spectral imaging products include intelligent mirrors, color recognition devices, visual interface devices, etc.




Video signal and equipment maintenance are transmitted through the network. It is very important for the management system to establish a network system that meets the requirements of video signal and control data transmission.




The general control part includes the management center, display and storage of the management system. It is the "brain" and "heart" of the whole management system and the command center of the whole system.




The management center is equipped with HS-iSJ intelligent mirror centralized management platform software, whose main functions are: real-time video and data curve display, equipment parameter setting, equipment maintenance, etc. It is recommended to use network hard disk video recorder (NVR) for recording and playback of video storage.

3. General control center




l The main control center is mainly equipped with monitoring host, network hard disk recorder, decoder, large screen, core switch and optical fiber transceiver.




l The monitoring host needs to be set to the same network segment as the spectral imaging product. If the number of devices managed under each monitoring host exceeds 200, the monitoring host needs to be added and a new network segment needs to be started.




lThe number and specification of network hard disk video recorders, decoders and large screens shall be selected according to the actual situation.




l The core switch uses the gigabit switch, and the optical transceiver is used for the environment where optical fibers are arranged.




Single car room




l The single car is mainly equipped with intelligent mirror, convergence switch, explosion-proof wireless AP, optical transceiver and explosion-proof handheld terminal.




lThe aggregation switch shall use gigabit switches, and the number of access switches for a single access switch shall not exceed 20. Optical transceiver is used for the environment where optical fibers are arranged.




l Explosion proof wireless AP is used to establish wireless network in the workshop, and to configure and manage the explosion-proof handheld terminal on site.




lThe explosion-proof handheld terminal is equipped with equipment management app, which is convenient for patrol inspectors to configure and manage the equipment on site.




4. Network cable configuration requirements




In order to ensure the reliability of video and data transmission, the qualified network cables of Class 5 and above shall be used. When the network cable exceeds the length of reliable connection, it is necessary to add an intermediate switch for connection. Long distance transmission can be arranged with optical fiber as far as possible.
